ALLUVIA GROUP
The Alluvia Private Equity approach, housed within Alluvia Capital, is focused on the areas of the market that are typically
ignored or under-serviced, yet which present some of the best opportunities for wealth creation. Typically, Alluvia Capital
finds value in investing in second-tier companies where its specialist skills can be applied. Alluvia will be actively involved in
carefully selecting synergistic businesses, structuring, positioning, managing and consolidating these businesses in selected
industries. One of the preferred exit strategy for such investments would be listing on an appropriate exchange.
Alluvia Capital acquires majority stakes in the underlying investments and manages these investments on an active and
participative basis. Alluvia Capital may introduce strategic co-investment partners in selected investments. These
co-investors or funders would earn a yield from the underlying success of the investments and would not pay any fees to
Alluvia.
Alluvia Finance, which houses the Structured Product businesses and Credit JV’s, has the capacity to provide the full range
of lending services including credit scoring, pricing, rating, management, administration, funding and collection. Our
international and local banking partners allow Alluvia to securitise debt in the world’s capital markets. Alluvia Finance
provides funding, infrastructure and intellectual capital on a wholesale level, while relying on distribution partners that have
access to the retail market.
